Hello, I heard that it was possible to become a member of Westminster libraries if you live anywhere in the UK, but that you would have to apply for a library card in person. Is that still the case?

This gives you a temporary number that allows you to access most of our online resources. I am not sure what the conditions of membership will be once the libraries reopen.
